  • It was reported in the Sahih from the hadith on the authority of Abu Hurairah – may God be pleased with him – that the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – said: “The best day on which the sun rose is Friday, on which Adam was created, on which he repented, and on which he died, and on which the Hour will arise. And it is overcast on Friday, from the time it becomes until the sun rises in the twilight of the hour, except for the jinn and mankind, and in it there is an hour that a Muslim slave does not meet while he is praying, and he asks God for a need, but He gives him both of them. May God bless him and grant him peace. Abu Huraira said, Then I met Abdullah bin Salam and spoke to him in my seat with Ka’b, so Abdullah bin Salam said, “I know what hour it is.” Abu Huraira said: “I said to him and I told him in my seat with Ka’b. Then bin Abd Allah told me what hour it was on Friday.” The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, “A Muslim servant does not come across it while he is praying, and at that hour he does not pray at that hour.” Abdullah bin Salam said: Didn’t the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say, “No, he prayed.”[12]

It was narrated by Aws bin Abi Aws, and it was said Aws bin Aws, the father of Amr – may God be pleased with them both – in a hadith with a weak chain of transmission that the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – said: “One of your best days is Friday; On it God created Adam, on it he was arrested, on it the trumpet was blown, and on it the thunderbolt; So they increased their blessings upon me in it; Your prayers on Friday are presented to me. They said: How can our prayers be presented to you when you have afflicted? He said: God Almighty has forbidden the earth to eat our bodies.[14] Anas bin Malik – may God be pleased with him – also narrated in a weak hadith that the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – said: “Increase your prayers for me on Friday and Friday night, for whoever does that, I will be a witness and intercessor for him on the Day of Resurrection.”[15]
  • Reciting Surat Al-Kahf: Abu Saeed Al-Khudri – may God be pleased with him – narrated that the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – said: “Whoever recites Surat Al-Kahf on Friday, it will be lit for him from light between the two Fridays and by Hashim. And he said about it, a light shone for him what is between him and the ancient house. And about Hashem. Suspended and said what is between it and the House, and the pronunciation and pronunciation of whoever recites Surat Al-Kahf as it was revealed will have a light on the Day of Resurrection.”[16] As it was narrated in the Sahih: “On the authority of Abu Saeed, he said: Whoever reads Surat Al-Kahf on Friday night, light will illuminate for him what is between him and the ancient house.”[17]
  • The supplication: When it was reported on Friday that there was an hour of answering, on the authority of Abu Hurairah – may God be pleased with him – that the Messenger of God – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – said: “On Friday there is an hour, and a Muslim slave standing up and praying, so he asked him to ask him to pray. You are the Knower of the unseen.”
  • “O God, all praise is due to You, O God, there is no holding back what You expand, nor extending to what You capture, nor guide to whom You lead astray, nor misleading one to whom You guide, nor giver of what You withhold, nor preventer of what You give, nor nearer to what You distance, nor distancer when You draw near. From your blessings, mercy, bounty, and sustenance, O God, I ask You for eternal bliss that does not change and does not pass away, O Allah, I ask You for bliss on the day of family, and security on the day of fear, O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what You have given us and the evil of what You have prevented us, O Allah, endear to us faith and adorn it in our hearts And hate us unbelief, immorality and disobedience, and make us among the rightly-guided, O God, cause us to die as Muslims, and revive us as Muslims, and join us to the righteous, without disgrace or temptations, O God, fight the infidels who deny Your messengers and block Your path, and place upon them Your punishment and punishment, O God, fight the infidels who were given the Book, the God of truth “.
  • “O Allah, I ask You for the best question, the best supplication, the best success, the best deed, the best reward, the best life, the best death, make me firm, weigh my scales, fulfill my faith, raise my rank, accept my prayers, forgive my sins, and I ask You for the highest ranks of Heaven, O God, I am I ask You for the beginnings of goodness, its conclusions, its completeness, its beginning, its outward and inward appearance, and the highest levels of Paradise, Ameen. I ask You to raise my remembrance, put down my burdens, correct my affairs, purify my heart, fortify my private parts, enlighten my heart, and forgive me my sins, and I ask You for the highest ranks of Paradise, Amen.
